About Dr. Farahmand
Dr. Farahmand received her fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic. There, she trained under some of the leaders in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery and treated patients from all over the world for cosmetic issues as well as reconstructive issues. Prior to this, she completed a full general surgery residency in Manhattan at Cabrini Medical Center, an affiliate of Mount Sinai Medical Center. She received her M.D. at Indiana University and specializes in all aspects of cosmetic surgery including facial, body contouring, and breast surgery.

Dr. Farahmand is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and Cambridge Who’s Who. She is also the Chair of the Committee on Ethical & Judicial Affairs of the Lee County Medical Society.

19-year-old female with children desired enlargement of her breasts and an improved appearance. A breast lift with implants was performed.

This 33-year-old mother of two was dissatisfied with the sagging of her breasts and the position of her nipples. Before her operation, her cup size was 38D. A breast lift was performed in conjunction with adjustable breast implants. After her operation, her cup size increased to 38DD. The post-operative photos were taken after an adjustment to the implants; note the band-aid covering the port. She is 5′7″ and 175lbs.

This 35-year-old mother of two experienced flattening of her breasts after breast-feeding. She opted for 360cc adjustable saline breast implants (pictured) and has since chosen to increase the size of her implants (not yet pictured).

This 39-year-old female had a pre-existing asymmetry before her surgery and was a size 34A. An augmentation with 475cc saline implants was performed to bring her to a size 34C. She is 5′2″ and 142 lbs.

This 49-year-old female had excessive skin, stretch marks, and sagging breasts after diet and exercise led to dramatic weight loss. Abdominoplasty and a breast augmentation were performed.

This 51-year-old mother of two wanted to remove the excess skin and stretch marks around her abdomen. Abdominoplasty was performed. The post-operative pictures were taken one year after her surgery.
