Sometimes patients come to us to revise a surgery performed by another surgeon. In this example, the patient underwent a breast lift with breast implants with another surgeon in 2017. In 2026, she consulted with Dr. Audrey Farahmand to revise her breasts as she experienced a leak with one of her implants and she did not like the boxy, square shape of her breasts or the dark, indented scars. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Audrey Farahmand performed an implant exchange and scar revision and breast lift revision surgery to reshape her breasts to a more round shape and improved her scars. Her post op photos are taken 4 weeks after her surgery.
