Arm lifting, otherwise known as brachioplasty, is a procedure where excess skin and fatty tissue is surgically excised from the arms from the armpit to the elbow. Weight loss, genetic predisposition, and advancing age all contribute to the sagging appearance of arms. Patients whose skin excess is confined to the upper third of the arm may be candidates for minimal incision brachioplasty.
